  • Is it possible to change the local phone number which iTalkBB assigned to me?

    Normally you may not. There is only 2 exceptions:

      When you move and wish to change your area code. To request this change, please send email to
    KoreanSupport@iTalkBB.com.
      When you transfer your existing telephone number to iTalkBB.
    Can I keep my current phone number if I subscribe iTalkBB's service?
    Yes. We suggest our customers to use the number iTalkBB assigned, but if you wish to keep your current phone number you need to apply for the transfer.
    This process will take about 15~60 working days. There is no cost to our users, and is only available for Cable Modem subscribers. For more details please click on number transfer.
    Note:
    * Number transfer is available to all Cable Modem subscribers and some DSL subscribers. Usually DSL service is bonded with telephone service, and most DSL companies do not allow their customers to cancel one and keep the other. Please verify with your DSL company before you submit the telephone transfer application. iTalkBB is not responsible for any loss due to number transfer.
    * During the number transfer process you need to keep your phone service with your current carrier until the number is transferred to iTalkBB.
