How do iTalkBB handle monthly bill?
You monthly statement is available online under your account management page.
If you have an unlimited calling plan, iTalkBB will make one charge at the beginning of the month which includes current monthly fee and international long distance charge from the previous month. Within one billing cycle, if your long distance charge exceeds $20.00, your credit card will be automatically charged for $20.00 before the next billing cycle. (This does not apply to Global Plan users.For all Global Unlimited Plan subscribers, your monthly fee will be automatically charged on the credit card provided. you will be charged for the monthly fee only.)
If you do not have an unlimited calling plan, your credit card will be charged for $24.00 when the account is established. The $24.00 applies to all monthly fees, local, domestic long distance and international long distance charge. When the balance falls below $6.00, your credit card will be automatically charged again to bring the balance back to $24.00.
How do I check call details and balance?
Online statement with calling details is available for all users at anytime. iTalkBB does not send out traditional statement through mail; online statement is printable. When your account is established, you will be asked to provide your information including the credit card information for payment. All information is secure and confidential; it is only being viewed by you and our billing department. This payment method is simple, easy and fast compared with traditional method through the mail.
Will I receive bills in mail?
Online statement with calling details is available for all users at anytime, and your online statement is printable. iTalkBB does not send out traditional statement through mail.

Our payment method is simple, fast and secure. All information is confidential, and only being viewed by you and our billing department.
Why do I have multiple charges on one monthly bill?
Here are some possibilities:
For new customers, your credit card has been charged with activation fee and shipping and handling fee during sign up. When you use your iTalkBB service for the first time, the monthly fee for the first month is automatically charged. Therefore, you will see 2 charges on your credit card statement during the first month.

If you have an unlimited calling plan, iTalkBB will make one charge at the beginning of the month which includes current monthly fee and international long distance charge from the previous month. Within the same billing cycle, if your long distance charge exceeds $20.00, your credit card will be automatically charged for $20.00 before the next billing cycle.
If you do not have an unlimited calling plan, your credit card will be charged for $20.00 when the account is established. The $20.00 applies to all monthly fees, local, domestic long distance and international long distance charge. When the balance falls below $5.00, your credit card will be automatically charged again to bring the balance back to $20.00.
Does iTalkBB have any other hidden charges or Applicable Regulatory Fees, Surcharges and Taxes?
Unlike your traditional phone service carrier, iTalkBB does not charge customers with any extra or hidden fees. If you have signed up for our service on or before 12/31/2006, your monthly charge already includes all fees and Applicable Regulatory Fees, Surcharges and Taxes. If you have singed up for our service on or after 1/1/2007, you will be charged for Applicable Regulatory Fees, Surcharges and Taxes in order to comply with Canadian government regulations.
Why some of iTalkBB charges on my credit card statement are in US dollars?
Usually, iTalkBB charge towards your credit card is in Canadian dollars. If the transaction can not be processed, we then will process it in US dollars. The charge amount in Canadian dollars is converted to US dollars based on our discounted exchange rate of 1.00 USD = 1.24 CAD.
For example: your monthly charge is 24.99 plus 11.5% (Applicable Regulatory Fees, Surcharges and Taxes), totaling at 27.863 CAD.
27.863 CAD is converted to 22.47 USD(27.863/1.24=22.47).
How do I change my credit card information?
If you wish to change your credit card information, you make log on to our website at www.italkbb.com and up date your information in your account management page.
What will happen if iTalkBB is not able to charge through my credit card?
If iTalkBB is not able to put a charge through your credit card, your service will be disconnected at any time. To avoid your telephone service from being interrupted, please update your credit card information if there is a change.
If for some reason, iTalkBB is unable to apply charges to your credit card, to avoid interruption of your service, or possible collections, we would like you to fill out the [Charge Authorization Form - click to download] sign and fax it to 1-800-872-2059 or 1-512-637-1451. After receiving your completed form, iTalkBB will apply the agreed amount to your credit card.
