to serve the global Chinese population has placed
a heavy demand on the customer service center in
Tysons Corner, Virginia.
"We are pleased to announce that our Chinese American
population is enthralled with our new and unique
service features. Our customer base is growing so
rapidly, that in order to properly serve our clients,
we opened a Live Support Staff Customer Service
Center in Beijing, China," said Jack Zhou, CEO of
